ELCC showcased its National Delivery Network in the "Arabian adventure Roadshow 2010", an annual Cisco Networking Academy conference held in Lebanon on the 17th and 18th of April, 2010.
The conference witnessed the honoring of ELCC’s National Delivery Network with Cisco Networking Academy’s “Large Scale Deployment Award 2010” in recognition of the Center’s scalable, innovative and impact use of technology in education.
The award distinguished ELCC’s National Delivery Network for establishing the largest network of 700 academies spread all over Egypt and delivering training courses for almost 60,000 trainees and 3,000 instructors and administrative assistants.
ELCC Director Mr. Yasser Kazem who received the award pointed out that this award is as a result of ELCC's contributions as one of three regional training centers affiliated to Cisco Academy programs in the region reflecting the Center’s underlying strategy to maximize and optimize the use of Information Technology Clubs in Egypt.
This year’s conference was held under the theme “Education Means Development”
Where academy stakeholders, local and regional academy instructors, curriculum leads and academy managers gathered to exchange thoughts and interact with Cisco experts to make a powerful difference in their workplace and industry.
Cisco Networking Academy 2010 Conference was hosted by Cisco Systems in collaboration with the Lebanese American University.
