ELCC signed an MoU with Knowledge Horizon on the sidelines of the symposium to disseminate e-Learning and leverage its technology for the delivering of scalable entrepreneurship education in the region. Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2009, Sharm El-Sheikh 19 Nov 2009 ELCC participated in two sessions of the forum: “Assessing the role of the participative web in youth empowerment“ and "The challenges of being literate to foster participatory cultures". Cisco Entrepreneur Institute Facilitator Training Workshop 18 Nov 2009 The workshop comes within ELCC’s mandate as Cisco Entrepreneur Institute regional academy to create a wide-reach delivery network of local institutes for the Institute. The training workshop trained facilitators to deliver the e-learning courses which are directed at SMEs. First EEI Follow-up Conference 17 Nov 2009 Representatives of the World Economic Forum, multinational ICT corporations and small ICT companies working on IT applications attended the conference to review major EEI achievements of the year and highlight the initiative’s success stories.
